We currently watch homes across The Country Club, Mallory Park, Sapphire Point, Summerfield Hollow, and Nautique at Waterside — with the kind of hands-on familiarity with the community that comes from actually being here, not just listing it as a service area.

Lakewood Ranch isn’t just a seasonal-snowbird market. A lot of the homeowners we work with are young families with a second home here, in town anywhere from once a month to a few times a year — alongside the more traditional seasonal owners who are gone for months at a time. Either way, the risk is the same: nobody’s there to catch a problem while it’s still small. We built our visit schedule and reporting around that gap.

Yes — a lot of our Lakewood Ranch clients are in exactly that position, visiting monthly or a few times a year rather than seasonally. The less often you’re here, the more a regular set of eyes matters.
Do you check on homes before and after storms?
Yes, every property we watch gets a pre- and post-storm check as part of regular service.
