Parrish Home Watch Services
Parrish is one of the fastest-growing parts of the Lakewood Ranch area, and a lot of that growth is new construction — which means a lot of homeowners whose houses have never really been tested yet. Lakewood Lookout provides the same NHWA-accredited home watch service in Parrish that we’ve built our reputation on in Lakewood Ranch: regular in-person visits, a real set of eyes on your home, and someone who actually follows up when something’s wrong.
What We Watch For in Parrish’s New Construction
New-construction homes come with a different set of risks than established ones. At one of the homes we watch in Salt Meadows, a newly built property, an improperly installed irrigation line began leaking under the driveway. Nobody was there to notice — until the water bill came in at $1,000 over normal. The same home also had an HVAC issue surface after move-in. In our experience, newer builds tend to turn up more of these hidden issues in their first few years than the established homes we watch elsewhere in the area. That’s exactly the gap a regular, trained set of eyes closes.
